These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of TCD Photo Booth's Website, located at https://tcdphotobooth.com.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking services with TCD Photo Booth. By submitting payment or confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Space & Power Requirements

The client must provide a minimum space of 12 feet by 12 feet for the photo booth setup (May be subject to change depending on packages and add-on's), with a minimum ceiling height of 9 feet. A dedicated, standard 110V/120V electrical outlet must be available within 15 feet of the setup area. TCD Photo Booth is not responsible for power failures or space constraints caused by the venue.

2. Liability & Damage

The client acknowledges that they are responsible for any damage or loss to TCD Photo Booth's equipment caused by the client, their guests, or the venue. Any repair or replacement costs resulting from misuse, spills, or negligent behavior will be billed directly to the client.

3. Safety & Conduct

Our attendants reserve the right to refuse service or shut down the booth if guests are engaging in dangerous, disruptive, or abusive behavior toward the equipment or our staff. No refunds will be provided in the event of an early shutdown due to safety concerns.

4. Force Majeure

TCD Photo Booth will not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, terrorist activities, extreme traffic delays beyond our control, or severe vehicle breakdowns. In such rare instances, a full refund will be provided.

5. Wi-Fi & Technical Issues

For packages including instant digital sharing, a stable Wi-Fi or cellular connection is required at the venue. If an adequate connection is unavailable, photos will be queued and sent once the equipment is reconnected to a network.
